Don't know if he does that, but check with john at Calarmory.com.
Last time I talked to him he was building custom AK's, so maybe.
He's in Camino just east of sac.

You sure it the gas ports that need work? Sometimes it action work that's needed.
To the OP, i'm in San Jose and can do Saiga 12 work.

you don't need to go to anyone to convert your saiga, buy the parts and do it your self. its pretty straight forward, if you really need help see if theirs a build party going on and you can get help there. if you go on youtube there are hundreds of videos showing you how to convert your stock saiga to a pistol grip version. if you don't know what parts you need or where to get them goto Here (http://store.carolinashooterssupply.com/servlet/-strse-CONVERSION-KITS-------------SAIGA-12/Categories)

just be sure to follow flow chart for shotguns, no folding/collapsible stocks

I just helped my buddy convert his last night. It's a simple process, drill a couple of rivets and everything bolts in. A drunken 3 year old could do it. Seriously.:facepalm:
