I recently looked at few AR pistols at my local store. Also at a SIG 556 pistol. I liked them!:)

Few questions.

Which are the most reliable?

When does AR pistol (SIG 556) makes most sense as a WEAPON?

I use a 10" just my personal preference. As far as making sence have you ever looked into your safe and said yeah I have enough guns.

A few things can be done to make them reliable. A full auto bolt to slow down cycling, a heavy buffer and perhaps a stiffer buffer spring.

I have one I built with a 7.5 inch barrel. It really serves no practical purpose, but it does look really cool.

+1 They're just another toy to add to the collection, definitely fun to build (mod) and a blast to shoot!
