Can I get an update on the law regarding face to face private ammo sales?

I have a bunch of .308 that I no longer need. I want to post a flier at the range and sell it to an individual(s).

I know that they need to be 21. But what else do I need to do to be in full compliance with the law?

Range is in Castro Valley which is Alameda County.

Thanks

Why not just post an ad in the sales section on this site?

Good question. I posted some ammo for sale here. Do I need to ask for ID when sold?

No, it's not illegal for an 18 year old to own a pistol.

The law that passed and was shot down for the incompetent anti-2A it was?

18 year olds can own handguns, but not buy handguns nor ammo for them. There are no requirements about selling ammo otherwise. Take the money, deliver the ammo, in the case of .308, to someone 18 and older.

ya but isn't cool that an 18 year old can be given a carbine with select fire, a few grenades, a pistol and be thrown into battle?
