I am so looking forward to spending a day or two making my guns dirty..

I need to finish my 8mm conversion for my 1919..

I have a new toy to make noise with. I'll get some pics up after I get home from the Niles flea market..

Thats the one. It's all black now.

I've never played with black powder before, but I like to go big :D

Should be alot cheaper to shoot than my 1919.

Hey Martin,

I'll see ya out there, I'll just follow the sound to your location. ;)

I was out there at the end of April, right before they closed.

I take my 1919 to panoche all the time. This is right when last season closed.
It's my favorite tannerite spot.

nice tarp!

My tripod would make a mess of that. I hang a bucket from mine to catch my brass and speed my cleanup.

I couldn't open page two so I hope this posts

I just discovered I dont have any digital photos of my shooting spot.

I shoot from the bottom of a bowl and the end of a dead end trail. UNless your really close you wouldn't even know I was there.. tannerite and now cannons being the exception. Where this picture is, you just passed my shooting spot.

Pretty sure I know where your spot is. I've been to that spot a couple times.

LOL,
I feel the same way BigMac.
Lets plan a trip out there. I will supply a couple cases of some south african 308 for us to shoot.Do you all camp out there or just go up for the day?

Is Panoche open right now, but only the first gate? I seem to recall that only 1 gate is open prior to fire season being over. After Oct 15th, all gates open and it's open access. Prior to Oct 15th, there's pretty much only 1 shooting spot, it's the one right before the 2nd (locked) gate.

Is this right?
