View Full Version : First .308 build...10day wait has started :)

Hey Guys,

Well I decided to buy myself something nice for my birthday next week. I was going to get an M1A, and put a JAE stock on it, but I just happened to stop by Irvington Amrs in Fremont and walked away with not ONE but TWO firearms. Here is a teaser pic, with a Bullet button and 10/20 mag. Will post specs once I get it:

So that was the first, and due to the rebate program and awesome price at Irvington I also picked up:

Was a good day, now the 10 day wait is super excruciating. I will then have to lap the .308 barrel :(

Lol ya i should edit that...it was going to a be a build...but they had just finished this one ;)

I cant wait to get to some open spaces and get some round over 300yds downrange.

Excellent firearms though the M1A would've been a great choice too. Enjoy!

****ing sick man! Youre going to love both. Im so sad that I sold my M4. The recoil is quite nice on that thing. Never had a single malfunction....except with those 1" subsonic slugs made by aguila lol

Specs on the .308?

Birthdays are nice. I used my 30th as an excuse to have my Kimber customized. I'm 4 years older than my wife so nothing for 35 but my 40th will be epic.

Maybe. Depends on the "Sons of Heller/McDonald" and ammo prices. :)

Perhaps just grand instead of epic.
