Belshire guns on gunbroker. $435 shipped. I just bought one wednesday.

Also but probably to far for you, Safer arms in Chico has them at $499

Got mine from Sarco for 389.00 + S/H and it ws the tactical one but this was before obama, try 'em they are pretty much CA friendly.
