In free America... $500-650. (current average sale prices on various auctions sites)

In CA... $700-800. (current average sold prices in WTS forum)

About 4 months ago, CA vendors were advertising them from $625-680.
^They are all currently listed out-of-stock.

Check Martin B Retting in Culver City. They may still have new ones in stock. I picked mine up last Wednesday and they still had a few. They sell them for MSRP... $679.

Used and being sold as PPT? $550 to $850, depending on condition and availibility. That is assuming it is the on roster model and not something special(SAO or other). CZ seems to ship pistols in batches every few months. As popular as they have been in the last year, most FFL's sell out pretty quick when they do come in- usually priced $625-$680.

All stock with 2 mags, no more than $650.

I sold one in January used with exactly 50 rds fired, for $725. Bone stock no extras. I think it took no more than 2 days to sell after I listed it here.

I only sold it because I unexpectedly scored a SP01 Tactical model for a steal of a price ($650!).

No way I'd sell mine, but I'm pretty sure I'd want $700ish and there's maybe 150 rounds through it.

Used guns sell for whatever a buyer is willing to pay for it. In CA, if someone wants something bad enough, they are willing to pay a premium. All comes down to supply and demand.

If you are in an area that has many gun stores and they are all selling a new SP-01 for $630 plus tax and fees, then someone from that area would probably only be able to sell a used one for around $600. But if all those stores don't have any SP-01's for sale, then he can probably get $700-$750 for a used one.

Let's just say that any CZ SP-01 that has been listed for under $700 seem to get sold very quickly in the CalGun Marketplace. Anything over takes a little bit of time to find the right buyer.

Honestly depending on how bad the person buying it has to have it, between 550 and 750 for an unmodified sp 01 in mint condition.thats about a fair estimation based on the market in ca

Why would anyone sell and SP01? I am saving up the money to upgrade mine ....Wouldn't mind picking up another one to convert to single action only with a straight trigger. After I'm done with the upgrades to my SP01 tactical.

i thought the trigger on a factory sp01 was **** so i shipped it off to CGW for work. if i didnt have that extra money to spend, i prob wouldnt hang onto the firearm.

Sold one of mine for $650 in about a half hour on here. Looking to expand my collection, then I will focus on having multiples of one gun.

Well, a brand spanking new and un-molested one sells for $659 or so at many dealers.
You should not pay near that for a used one.
Now, on calgun market, you will see them advertized for up to $800 or even more. ;)

So it really depends on how desperate you are to get one. I would not pay more than $550 for a used one inabsolute mint condition and would not buy a beater with holster marks at all. Might as well go to the store and get a new one. They are all over in stores and the sales forums.

But not one SP01 for $ 550.00 . . . .

750+ is whats normally being asked on the calgun market. I know...because ive been searching for one. Cheapest ive seen was 630 and it sold instantly.

Question is why would anyone want to sell a fine handgun like that. I could think of tons of stuff to sell before i sold my CZs.

Very simple answer-I have one and after 4 month and 300 rds I found it is not my gun. I want to try something different. Let's say-Cabot S100. So I sold mine. Sold for $775. And there are plenty people willing to pay for 4 month old hardware this money.

Sold mine for $850 this week, BNIB stock configuration. I have another one (tactical) so no regrets. I had offers up to $900 w/ walnut grips.

I saw your ad, the grips were nice. Made me want to start looking for some like it.

this is a fair price for somebody that likes their gun and would only be willing to sell it to get another at some time and not really take a loss.

You can buy one new with 3-4 mags out the door if you are patient for the same price.

That said, I have bought my share of used, very good condition on up firearms for retail prices as they were easier to acquire and I was going to go shoot them soon after anyway.

I have a corvette, and I am not at all against letting my friends (whom I trust) to take it, or my Harley, hunting rifle, etc. out if they need or want.

Same goes for a firearm. Pretty hard to hurt one, and I will be able to tell on a decent inspection.

as for the SP-01s, I see them going in the $800 range on the used market. They aren't worth that to me, but if that is what somebody wants, I wouldn't hesitate to buy used/excellent if it were me.

yep,
Just sold a Sig 938 Scorpion in 2 days for $1400. Had 3 offers within that time. I guy offered me $1100 - I laughed and told him he was 3rd even if he came up to $1400.
I miss that little pistol, but not $1400 worth. I bought it for about $730 otd from what I recall (Props to Empowered Firearms !!!).

Well since you asked I would sell mine, has less than 25 rounds through it and is in mint condition ;) , Since I have the 75B SA I no longer care to keep my SP-01, maybe $750 if you are a good person ;p

Its,a $500 but Californians don't seem to care they will pay $1000 because they believe off roster adds value.

People always want what the can't have. When the m&p was on roster people still bought Glocks over the m&p. Then it went off roster and people actively buy one for $700 on the used market.

New SP01s sell for $690 at rifle gear and many other local so cal gun shops. That is new. Meaning unmolested, not pawed, not taken apart, and not drolled upon with someone else's boogers on it.

Why would any one want to pay that or even near that price for a used one is beyond me. It must be a calif ninja thing these days. :D:
