In January 2014, Vortex posted a thread on their social media asking for suggestions on what people would like to see in their product line. I chimed in and asked for a 6-24x Viper PST with the EBR-2C reticle from the Razor line. Guess what the FedEx guy brought me today?

Actually fulfilling my request and making it a fixture in their product line was more than enough for me. Saw it, ordered it, got it. Gladly paid a dealer for it.

I do get the sense that they listen. We are fortunate enough to have had Vortex bring in pre-production samples and ask for our opinions, and suggestions. They're a very personal organization, and justifiably proud of their products.

Another company that listens is Crimson Trace - they actively solicit suggestions for new models of LaserGrips.
