They've updated their policy about shipping parts kits to California. They distribute to many other vendors so hopefully they'll be changing their policy too.

I almost pulled the trigger on one of their polish 47 kits this last week, but want sure about how they would come in quality wise... did anyone have experience with them?

So from their website, is the barrel populated with proper headspacing?

would chemical welding be a feasible option to attach the guide rails? since i have no access to a spot welder

They will eventually fail from vibration and receiver twist. Find someone with a MIG or TIG and plug weld them in. That's what I do. I would use screws before I used any adhesive, but I personally think welding is the only way to go. I hate the look of the spot weld dimples, so welded in and dressed flush is the way I like it.
