Default WTS Glock 30... with a past - SOLD

**SOLD** Glock 30 .45ACP compact
What can I say here? Itís a Glock. Pretty basic stuff.
Manufactured in April 1998 by serial number. I purchased it new in early Summer 1999 while working at the old National Shooting Club (now Reedís Indoor Range).
This has Trijicon night sights, which I installed myself (Glock factory certified armorer). Sights are three dot, green/green and still have life and light in them.
Also installed a factory Glock extended slide stop lever (PN#3797).
Comes with one 10 round magazine with Pearce floor plate.

Approximately 200 rounds of factory ammo through it.

Pictures here.

Now for a little history.
This firearm has been in Santa Clara PD evidence locker since July 1999 until 2005.
It was the firearm I was carrying and used to successfully defend myself and two others from a suicidal jerk that attempted a take-over robbery of the store in July 1999.
Shots fired on both sides, 2 by him, 4 by me Ė 2 hits, 2 misses. He lived and is currently serving 54 years for a whole bunch of felonies.
It was promptly booked into evidence until 2005 when it was released to me.
I had, of course, long ago replaced it with the exact same gun which is my current daily carry piece.
EDIT: Pistol is in excellent shape overall except for the mag catch and the slide stop lever; both have a little damage (scrapes - see the pictures) from where I put the gun down on the asphalt when PD arrived at the scene. Easily replaceable.

People ask me why I would sell this G30, but hereís the deal. Itís a Glock, it has no sentimental value, Glock (to me anyway) have no soul; theyíre just tools, not like a fine S&W revolver or a classic 1911. And since Iíve already replaced it, itís just taking up space in the safe.

So if a handgun having a little history is your thing, here ya go.

$400.00 FTF preferred at City Arms in Pacifica, Tabor's in San Bruno or Jackson Arms in South SF. PM or post questions.
As always, first "I'll take it" wins the prize.

Dude how can you turn on the gun that saved your life? Wanna trade an AK for it?

Meh, it just really has no sentimental value; maybe that's weird but I really care more about the one that's on my CCW. It's the exact same model, same Trijicons, same Pearce mag floor plate. To me Glocks are great guns but they're completely interchangeable.

I have a copy of the CSI report and the initial investigation report, does that work?

Will be by more often - Liked the friendly reception I got right when I walked in the door. WOW.
Deal went fast and though a lot of folks in the lobby all were totally cool - gun oriented and chatting. (well one dude was a bit quiet)
A picture of this group should be on every Pro-Gun poster in town - a true combination of US population demographics out for Thursday night fun.

it was a misunderstanding with some of the staff. my boss will not order or sell anything like that but we will do PPT's just as long as they are configured in a Kali legal fashion...some of the guys thought that we weren't suppose to do any of them at all .sorry about that
