Default New M9A1

Hello everyone,

My names Josh, Just picked up my M9A1 today from Brentwood Armory. Very helpful crew over there. I've shot other firearms when I was younger but this was my first firearm purchase. I had ordered up some parts for it in anticipation of its arrival, I can never leave anything stock. I thought I'd snap some quick pics of the before and after and post them up.

Freshly opened

New parts installed

Comparison of everything replaced. I've been into cars for my entire life and I'm big into making everything my own. I just couldnt leave my Beretta stock.

New home for it, Pelican Storm case from Case Club

Installed Inox barrel, Relatively hard to find lately as it seems. Factory barrel had some flaws in the finish that really bugged me.

Installed everything myself, Love learning how to work on different stuff.

Thanks for looking

Congratulations and welcome to Calguns. DA/SA's aren't my thing but I certainly appreciate the classics and the 92F/M9A1 is definitely a classic. Looks good with the grips you swapped out also. Enjoy...

Nice gun. How do the wood grips feel compared to the stock grips?

Bought a viridian X5L today. Figured there was a reason that I bought the M9A1 over the standard M9. Want to take to the range and zero it.
