Default Primers falling out of the machine

Anyone ever have this issue?

Using a dillon 1050 and roughly one primer out of 25 doesn't get seated properly and falls out of the bottom of the machine. If I'm on a roll I don't notice it and it gets filled with powder causing a mess of powder as it goes around the plate. Now i'm paranoid and checking almost every case under the powder dispenser. Is this a swage issue? Brass issue?

Tear it down and completly clean the primer feed! Every hole you can find clean it!

Also change out the little blue tab that holds the primers in the tube... Its plastic, it wear out easily

Using a Dillon 650 I found some oversized primer pockets were leaving the primer sitting there. I now check all primer pockets for size.

The 1050 primes on the down stroke... It has a chute that grabs the primer and there is a hole in the bottom of that chute... For some reason when everythings in the right spot they fall out of the back of the press... The. You see powder on the shell plate... Then this is where you begin cussing at the press
