Could you confirm type III Hard?
Yes it is type 3 hard. You can email him yourself if you would like to confirm for yourself. His email is in post #1, just mention the CalGuns batch for next Saturday, he'll know what your talkin about. I'll put ya on the list.

Pete does great Cerakoting, he just recently finished two ARs and an 870. Turnaround time is VERY fast, and very nice guy to work with.

I'm planning to go under the pistol grip. You could also try inside the magwell, though that may be harder to reach.

Under the pistol grip, under the trigger guard(if it has one)..it doesn't have to be much. An X or couple dots or whatever..

Agree on above suggestion. You can inscribe/dremel your initials or whatever special markings you want under the pistol grip area. It'll be invisible once you install your grip

That's awesome, but I don't mind $25..gotta think about all the work n machines n everything else involved to do it...how much profit you think they are making at >$10/lower?

Yes you can. I duracoated over my spikes lower. I used a degreaser and a scotch rite pad to rough up the surface so it would stick better.

We've been quoted $165 for a batch that'll accommodate up to 20 lowers. The more lowers, the lower per-unit cost.

You tryin to rub it in?? Haha..that's a sweet deal... I've heard sac has prices like that, but after you figure gas n time, your upwards of $25-30 anyways...I don't think it's a bad deal..plus you know what they say, good things aren't cheap n cheap things aren't good...not always the case but more times than not...hope you guys get a perfect dip

If anyone can find that deal here, go for it..just please lemme know so I can update the list..thanks

I will put you down but I really need you to meet on the scheduled date. Pete is kinda getting irritated with everyone asking to mail in, or extra prep work, ect. They all need to go in at the same time, hence the batch.

ok no problem. I get off work that morning around 8, shouldn't be a problem to meet there by 9 (or very close to....getting off on time is never a guarantee with my job) but it's close to where I live so should be ok. thanks for organizing this.
