Default C-Products 9mm magazines, problems?

Tried to use their 10 round 9mm mags. POS. Double feeds, stove pipes, you name it. Not one magazine would finish completely without problems. Had to fill only 9 rounds or the magazine wouldn't lock in. Have the 10/30 uzi conversion mags, and they work just fine. Was shooting WWB, after 10 rounds of frustration with the c-products mags, switched to the uzi 10/30's. Any one else have luck/problems with the 9mm magazines?

I'd contact the manufacturer and see if they can replace those.

I have the same problems, my is a blocked off 20-rounder.

I thought mine had to do with being a 20-rounder being blocked off. Good to know that a 10-rounder is also having the same problems.

I read on ARF about others having the same problems and the suggestions were to adjust the mag block and shaving down the follower. ( The thread is no longer visible)

I just got back from the range with my RRA 9mm build and 6 (10) round C-Product magazines, loaded with WWB and not one problem. I would try and adjust the mag block or send the magazines back. My 9mm set up consists of RRA upper and RRA 9mm mag block conversion with BB.

I emailed CProducts, and Larry Panka suggested the following:

I you have your mag block all the way up, lowered in about .015.

Emailed C-products. They think they gave me one of their bad batches, so mailing the mags back. Hopefully that will do it. If not I'll try Tay's suggestion.

The ones I bought from Wes at 10% are working just fine in my 9mm build. I bought three and they all work good. The 10/25 RRA Uzi conversion mag I got from him when he did a few is good too.

The nice thing is C Products does a good job of taking care of customers.

Just took my RRA 9mm upper to the range. Using C-product mags had several stovepipes. It is well lubed and tried Winchester factory 115gr ammo. Using the RRA buffer and spring but I have a RRA stubby stock. Was wondering if I should put a standard size stock on or adjust the conversion block which is also RRA. Also the bolt does not lock open unless I hold the bolt catch release down.

This is kind of worrisome. I'm picking up a LAR-9 RRA on Tuesday from a Calgunner new in box with two C-prod mags...

I have the same problem with my RRA 9mm build. Using the C-Products mags has (so far) resulted in numerous stove-pipes and jams. I've adjusted the mag-well block both up and down in very small increments with no luck . It will be interesting to see how this all works out.

I had a chance to play with my RRA 9mm build yesterday. I pulled the stubby stock and replaced it with a A2 stock. Still stove-piping so I tried just one round in the chamber and no mag inserted, round ejected OK, tried one round chambered and inserted mag, stove pipe. Quess I'll give C-Proucts a ring to send my mags back.

Just got my 9mm Mags back from C-products. Ran up the range at lunch time. They work like they should, not a singlr stove pipe or miss feed. A little harder to seat so I quess I'll adjust the mag block a little lower. Time to sight in the C-More redot I have on it.

this is a followup post in a different thread. wanted to close the loop for anyone else interested.

He talks to himself and about himself in the 3rd person.
It must be a red-head thing or maybe it's a central valley thing?
