Outstanding Customer Service !

Just wanted to let everyone know Primary Arms is gtg. I bought a rear sight from them shipped priority mail two weeks ago. I never received it when expected. checked the tracking number and it showed the post office delivered it to somebody in Miami Florida. WTF..I live in California, north LA.

Called Primary Arms today to let them know so they could file a claim and they told me they would ship me a new sight. I already have the fed ex tracking # from them. Just awesome customer service correcting a USPS mistake.
