Default G 21 sf question & glock owners out here

I have just purchased a G 21 sf and before I took it out to the range I picked up a few things from the glockstore. One of which was the mag well and the other being the extended mag release. In the description as well as stamped on the bag they both came in says they are made specifically for the 21 sf. Before I put anything on I noticed it was a little tougher than I am use to sliding the loaded mag in. But once I put on the extended mag release and the mag well its more than difficult not only putting in a new mag but also sliding it out. Most, if not all of my guns in the past have no problem sliding the mag in as well as releasing it. Now I have to slam the mag in a lot harder than before and releasing it takes a lot to push in the mag release. Is all of this common or did I screw something up? I appreciate any help that is given!

I bought some cheezy aftermarket mags years ago for my Glocks and found the same thing. Won't slide in like factory mags and fail to drop free. Screwed around trying to fit them, they got better but not really acceptable IMO. Basically crap. They cycle and no FTF.... So....it's the same old story, you get what you pay for. Cheap is cheap.

Cheap is cheap and thats right for sure! Only problem is that these mags were no where near cheap and actually purchased a few from the glockstore.com All of my others are glock mags that were made for my exact gun. Next

Not wanting either of those items on my G21, I can't speak to them but it sounds like sandpaper or a dremel tool is in your future, for both items. That's what gunsmiths do. In the long ago past, many good parts manufacturers would make things slightly oversized so that the gunsmith could custom fit them on install.

If you get new mags check to see how they slide in when they are loaded with 10. On mine, some of them fit tighter than others.
