Default ammo @ walmart

So normally i just read posts but i figured i might as well bring this up. At least in the rohnert park walmart theres a group of about 10 people who buy all the 22 and 223 every morning. My best guess is that there reseling it wich is obvious. The guy said one morning they got out with 9000 rounds of 22 and were still there the next morning. They get it right after its stocked wich is when most of us are on our way to work. Just thought i'd bring it up. Plus nobody posts here anymore for some reason.

Have the sboe catch them reselling without a license. It will teach them manners. Walmart should restrict quantities like down here. If a wm employee is involved they should be fired.

Thats the problem they have a three box limit but they bring enough people to buy it all. Also the guy who runs the counter was talking about calling someone. No one there seems involved hes a pretty honest guy only 3 people who work there even have keys to the ammo cabinet

It's such a shame. What about mentioning what they do in the South Bay- stocking the ammo at random times throughout the day. That was it's not always the early bird that gets the worm.

On a side note- has anyone seen 300AAC in stock?

Yeah- this post and topic comes up every few days

Buy all the ammo and then post it up on cal guns or craigs list

My guess- Give it until January and the 22 LR supply should be caught up and the flippers will get out of the game.

Then maybe the box limit will go away also!

Walmart RP still has a 3 box per person/day limit. Picked up some Tula Steel cased .308 for 50 a pc....just to confirm that its crap. Steel definitely didn't feed as well as brass cases prvi. Saw .40 and 9 on the shelf. Lots of 12ga but wtf no clays?!

My guess on 22 getting caught up by January was wrong.

I have had better luck with Cabellas for .22

I've given up buying any ammo at Wally world, except for lead shotgun loads. I've been buying centerfire from Steve at LoadX in Santa Rosa. I'll go online to find some 22LR.

I was at the Rohner Park Wally world. They had Federal .223 in a 20 round box for $10 on Monday. It's gone now, but there's a bunch of .45ACP and .40 S&W left. There's also that Winchester 12 guage in 100 round boxes for $26. I've picked up about 400 rounds of it since January.

not all are selling it. I was stopping in the mornings on the way to work and would get 22 about half the time. After meeting some of the regulars and then looking for 22 from private sellers in Napa I realized they were probably sticking it it their closet like I was. I think the vineyard workers are also buying it to kill birds in the fields.
