Default Good Ranges closest to Diamond Bar area?

Got tired of watching my 15 year old shoot fake M1 Garands on video games so I picked up an M1 Garand. We always shot on private property, but that has since vanished, so we have to shoot as everyone else does, at a range. It's been a while. What is there to expect with all the regulations these days. I do have Non-Magnetic ammo though.

What ranges are around the Diamond Bar area? (30 mile radius?) Doesn't have to be anything at 600 yards. Heck, a 100 yard range would be plenty.

Thanks,
Kevin

A private range sounds good.

Raahuages has one 100 yard bay with about 6-8 or so seats. It's a nice place for short range (~25 -50) but the 100 yard spots can fill up fast on weekends. Check it out for yourself. Burro / Lytle Creek / Angeles might work for you, or BLM.

Good luck, and good on you for getting your son out to a real range.

We'll be at Burro this Sunday if you wanna bring your son and the Garand out. We'll be at East 1, Burro's biggest private range.

Prado doesn't allow shooting centerfire rifles.
