Default PSA LPK

I took advantage of the $99 stripped lower and complete LPK from PSA a couple weeks ago. I also bought an A2 stock set in order to complete my retro build with the 20" Bushmaster upper with fixed carry handle.

Anyway....when the pack was finally opened it was missing:

Safety Lever
Bolt Release
Front and Rear Take Down Pins
Buffer tube retaining pin
Magazine Release catch

There were (2)
Triggers
Hammers

So now my rifle is dead in the water while I wait for PSA's glacial response to my email. I am not going to go out like a sucker and just buy another LPK to finish it and it is expensive with shipping to buy the parts individually.

Did anybody else suffer the same shamalam?

I've heard of a PSA LPK missing a spring or a pin before but never that many parts...
I've always heard they take care of those missing parts fast.
I'm sure they will take care of it asap.
Personally I have never had a problem with PSA over multiple orders.

One of my PSA orders was missing the castle nut and end plate. I contacted PSA via PM here on CG and had my parts within a week.

Thank you Sir. I should have posted it there in the first place but I was too busy foaming at the mouth and mashing my keyboard to think clearly.

I recently purchased a "complete" upper that arrived without the BCG and CH. After I sent an email to them, they quickly sent out the parts, but I still had to wait a week for the missing parts to arrive.

I'm sure they will take care of you.

The items you are missing come in a pack. Sounds like you got a extra pack of parts and shorted the parts you needed.

People make mistakes and you can imagine with the high demand with the parts you ordered.

Send them a email and they will take care of it. I have always had positive responses from PSA.

Just a suggestion PSA. When errors like this happens it would be nice if you would ship missing items out expedited vs standard ground which takes another week to reach us here on the West Coast.

Error happen and it's how they are remedied that matter. Part of a proper remedy is getting customers the items that have waited for quickly.
