Default exactly what exemptions will Law Enforcement officers have?

if all laws pass....

can peace officers purchase ammo without background checks and fees?

can peace officers retain high capacity magazines?

currently peace officers can puchase high capacity mags and purchase off roster handguns.

what other exemptions would peace officers have?

(not that i agree with any type of gun control, just asking)

I have no idea on exemptions, but hopefully they don't have any. That might help get them on our side.

These bills and those that become laws don't and won't apply to the privileged class. That is a certainty.

remember ab169 was supposed to deal with those cops in sacramento who were "unsafe handguns" smugglers??

however, power grabbers now allow cops to transfer those "unsafe handguns" to their family, who can then sell to anyone else....

so technically, cops can't sell "unsafe handguns" to non-cops, problem solved...

So the privileged class will be granted permission to legally conduct straw purchasing of firearms? So essentially each local station house becomes a neighborhood LGS?

When the gun laws changed that made spousal abuse a disqualified for gun ownership, many LEO got older charged expunged.

Due to the new DUI rules some LEO might also now be disqualified from firearm ownership / possession.

Time will tell what happens.
