If anyone wanted one and did not get one I will be posting them in the FS section for $175. +45 for shipping.
This is the "DEAL" section not the bend over a Calgunner section

Has anyone finished their lower yet? I just got through finishing mine but I jacked up the selector hole because the drill bit moved when it went through the hole for the selector detent and it ended up lower than it should. It still works but it looks a bit sloppy.

Anyway, what concerns me is that the selector detent hole seems to be drilled one size straight through. This results in very sloppy movement on the selector. Can anyone else verify this? If someone could look down the selector detent hole that would be appreciated.

This is why I prefer a jig.

I broke through the plastic trying to insert the bolt catch roll pin and these don't have warranty so just a heads up, it could be a nice deal or $35 down the drain.

Can you elaborate on how exactly you broke it? The bolt catch roll pin should fit in this lower the same way as it would in any other lower.

I don't have a picture of it right now but where it's circled in this pic I pulled from the internet is where it cracked and broke. The plastic is very thin there and one tap on the roll pin caused it to crack on that side and bulged it on the other side. I used a PSA lpk.

For those who haven't started to build it yet, I would compress the roll pin further so it won't put too much stress on the plastic. I never encountered that on building New Frontier or ATI lowers so I didn't up using it and just threw it away. Sucks because that was the last thing I needed to do after hours of drilling but just didn't want to risk actually using on live rounds just in case I received a faulty weak one. Of course no warranty on the blems. Good luck to those are using it.

So I was battling with you and phonso302. I posted this in response to phonso302 in another thread about these blems:

Quote:
So you were one of the ones messing with me. I started out with 5 in my cart, but when I hit "Place Order", it came back saying there was only 4 available at that moment. So I immediately hit "Place Order" again and it came back saying there was only 2 available at that moment. So I immediately hit "Place Order" again and it said there was only 1 available at that moment. So I immediately hit "Place Order" again and it said they were sold out. Frustrating.

There are at least three threads on this....

My order completed at 10:31, about 10 minutes before they sold out (and I even put two back into stock...), so it probably wasn't me.

It was probably Loophole. He got the last ones:

Super easy Soar. I bought a 4-flute 3/8" end mill off Amazon ($4.00) and use it in my drill press to route out most of the material. Just plunge cutting. I have an X-Y table so I clean up the cuts with that, although it isn't necessary. After that, it's a bunch of light work with the Dremel and some 1/4" sanding disks till I can fit the trigger assembly. Search Eplower on youtube.com, a lot of good videos there. Even some guys stricly using a Dremel.

Update, just got a call from EPlowers. They messed up the count on tan lowers so offered me blems in OD and black instead (fine by me...) and are shipping today. Presumably that means they have a few more blems to put up on the website.
