i will also bring my ez-up canopy. i think we are going to have more shooters than the range can handle. we should setup a rotation schedule. i also have room in the car if anybody wants to carpool from the north hollywood or van nuys area.

Not to worry. E1 range is a pretty big range. We've never had to do a rotation.

Thanks to the people who prepared the great food. I took my cousin his two sons and a nephew. They said the food was worth the price of admission. The shooting was a bonus.

Yes, thanks again Jeremy for initiating my friend into Club .50 Beowulf.

Had so much fun, great guns, great food, and great company.

I was too slow to experience Bacon Explosion, but there was plenty of that awesome Ahi. And thanks for showing me the pic of the huge yellow fin it came from. Wow. Also, the buffet spread was fantastic as well.

There's something about food and guns. The food we eat and the food we shoot. I didn't get a chance to bring any produce, but I'm definitely bringing some next time. Lead Mashed Potatoes was fantastic. Not to mention trying to shoot a stick at the end of the range with pistols.

Another awesome Burrows trip! Thanks to all those that cooked and brought food. Thank you to those that brought grills to cook all that great food! Ahi, hot dogs, bacon wrapped hotdogs and that buffet spread with the shredded beef and awesome macaroni. Oh and we got to shoot too!

Also thank you to all those that made it out and those that brought friends and relatives.

See you all at the next shoot!

To those who stayed, we had some fun. Here is a short (amateur bad angle) footage of a group magdump.
Time was wrong on the video. But its a $10 sunglass camera.
No one was really aiming at that clay.

Yes please everyone! demandrights.org you send one email to governor Brown and it auto sends it as an email and fax. Also puts you in a drawing to win a free Benalli. We need Brown to veto so we can keep shooting next year! We can do this!

That's good footage! Btw, it's cooler/funnier when you realize there were 6-8 of us in the vid and we all missed the clays!
Then again, who bothered to aim

I aimed.
But after the first volley, you couldn't see the clay anymore through all the smoke and dust.

I was not doing so well in the accuracy department with my AR-15, yet I hit that stick / branch at the very back of the range twice, with two different pistols. Go figure.

This was a great first time at the meetup for me and the gf. The food was awesome, the people were great and I had a lot of fun.

Special thanks to those that assisted me with the bolt sticking on the Sig and for talking to the gf about the womens shooting classes.

Was up camping in Crystal Lake and met a few more people up there that are interested in the next shoot. (Were going to Burrow today).

P.s. That Ahi was *ridiculous*

Thanks again!

Thanks for letting me try a few of them 9mm's out, now I really really want that S&W M&P 9... I appreciate how a few of you guys made it all the way over to our side to hang out since we couldn't get the wheelchair around the area and didn't want to leave Brian alone while we shoot the **** with all the other gun nuts... He had a great time and you all are awesome making us all feel welcomed. Even the two newbies who never fired a gun and didn't know what to expect were pleasantly surprised by how "Nice Gun People Are"... lol

Brian loved shooting all those massively large caliber guns and rifles yah brought over. Thanks again.

Fact of Life: the most polite are at gun shoots & gun shows. The safest areas in the World are at USA gun shoots, not our schools, colleges, shopping centers, public parks or anywhere there is "no guns".
--
It's at the gun range where felons & bad guys cannot go legally & where the good guys have 100% of the guns.
--
This gun shoot was probably the safest place on the EARTH for the day!
--
Even 1000% safer than the Naval and Army bases where the mass shootings killed what 25 - 30 military and wounded 100+???
--
I send about 100 letters a week to the Senators! Yes, I spend $46++ a week send them letters on everything from gun laws to economics....
