Default Customer service contact question

Why can't I get a hold of Palmetto State Armory?
Can someone please tell me how i can contact them. I have left several messages but no one has called back.

I always had success with replying to their order confirmation email. The email is info@palmettostatearmory.com

Casey D is always the person helping me out.

it does take a few days for their reply.

Just called them myself this morning at around 10am pst (1:00pm est) was on hold for exactly 11 minutes before somebody was able to speak to me for the issues I have. you just have to have patience waiting in order to get hold of them. yeah it sucks!

The wait sucks, but the service was good when I got ahold of someone to talk to.

Call early in the morning or later in the afternoons. They generally pick up quickly.

I'm a early riser so...
I call at 5am Pacific time and they answer right up and their very helpful.

Default How do people cancel their order?????

How do people cancel their order if we can't contact them via email nor voice message. I emailed them several times but no reply. The only reply I got was ORDER CONFIRMATION
I left them voice messages but no reply

I guess we cant cancel our orders?????

Only order if you have the time to wait a month. All my experiences with them have been below standard. Great prices, but sometimes, its not even worth the hassle.

It is probably all of the folks ordering stuff they don't want, and then trying to cancel their orders which is backing up PSA's customer service.

I order, get a great price, don't get jacked for exorbitant shipping costs, I wait, and I get my product. Simple really.

Last year, they mistakenly sent me items I never ordered (to the tune of about $300). I emailed them and asked for a return shipping label. Even though it would be in their benefit to get their items back, no one replied. It took me several more emails before things were sorted out.

I have been unimpressed with PSA customer service and slow shipping.

I live with it because I like their products and deals. My PSA middy AR is fantastic.

PSA customer service has been excellent to me. They replied to emails within 24 hours and answer the phone during their regular business hours. Perhaps they're slammed due to all the sales they've been having?

OP - As stated in our terms and conditions, orders placed with Palmetto State Armory may be cancelled by the customer prior to the item having shipped. All cancellation requests must be made through the Customer Service Department by phone at (803) 788-9095, during customer service hours of 9:00 A.M - 6:00 P.M Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.

Due to our high volume of e-mails at the moment, if you wish to cancel an order, you must call. If you're leaving a voicemail, please be sure to include the fact that you'd like to cancel your order, your name, contact number, and your order number.

I just want to share my experience with PSA to other members so that members can make educated decision. To summarize, I placed an order and then the following day canceled the order via email and a voice message. I did not get an email nor a voice message so I emailed/left voice message again. Nine days after my cancellation , i got an email from UPS saying they "just" shipped my order.
I left them my contact information but no response. I understanding that they are busy, but nine days to process a cancellation is just insufficient.
Hopefully they can complete my cancellation process by shipping me a return label.

They are a stand up company Win, they should make it right... as long as you called the right number, etc, etc. As you can see by this forum thread, they are very proactive.

What was the reason for the cancellation the next day, if you don't mind me asking? Hopefully not on a weekend and I don't think it could have been PSA's fault.
