Default Gunsmith services near Burbank?

I am in need of gunsmith services near Burbank. Went to the range and my mosin nagant was having some trouble with loading ammunition into the magazine. I know there are 3 gun shops in Burbank, does anybody have experience with these 3 shops that they can recommend. Or any other gunsmiths nearby.

Thanks in Advance.

I have experience with Guns Direct and Aegis Trading. I'm not sure about gunsmith service in Guns Direct. Aegis maybe since they deal with "older" used firearms. Feel free to ask them, I'm sure they can recommend gunsmiths they know.
But I've seen American Gun Works in Glendale. http://americangunworks.net/
Check them out. they might have answers

Have you tried cleaning the mag well? Maybe try posting in the C&R forum, I'm sure someone over there will have an answer for you.

The closest one that comes to mind is Jim Hoag (sp?) in the SFV. Is this the factory stock, or did you upgrade to one of the AA9130s?

Go to Randall (AR15barrels) in Van Nuys, he knows his way around old guns too.

It's like 15-20 minutes from Burbank.

Do you think any of these gunsmiths can remove a weird silver brazed front sight, cut a new dovetail for a replacement Finnish front sight post for a Russian M1891 rifle?

Randall can! AR15barrels on calguns.

I'm going to see him shortly to have a dovetail cut on a barrel. He only charges $35, vs me paying $50-60 for a tool I'll use once

Last time I was there, I watched Randall repair an old pump .22 for another customer. His work was careful and smart, it impressed me, and I know my way around guns. Just don't ask me to weld anything. Ever

Randall does great TIG welding too- helped me out on more than one project.
