That hk11 pattern is gorgeous. I handled one of the 21 style models a while back. Id love one but I can't swing that kinda cash for one

Mr Plink,

I thought I couldn't afford one either but since it took longer than 6 mos to build it almost felt more like a layaway plan (pay as you go). Working with Carlos at Beltfed was super easy and he's slowly gaining a reputation equivalent to some of the well-known builders while being a cheaper alternative to Michael Machines.

As you know, firing the HK11 (or BPP11) is quite fun. Recoil is fairly light for .308 due to the weight and double-tapping a metal target at 2-300 yards always rings twice...

Don't give me any ideas!
I've always had an affinity for the 91 pattern and the squad style guns have always been my favorite looking ones. Had a couple genuine HKs in the family back in the 80s.
Yours really does look awesome.
maybe after law school...

Solar Tactical has 20 round rebuild kits and Magazineblocks.com has the blocks you insert to block them off and turn them into 10 round magazines.

I bought a few factory HG G3 20-round magazines (as rebuild kits) from Mag Commander advertised in the Commercial Marketplace. The mags I received are in great condition; I just need time to block them to accept 10 rounds.

Actually I asked about mag commander if they would get those 1.50$ mags, they then bought some and started selling them. I have some on the way from a group buy.

I love it! I actually had that EOTech on my AR and bought an Aimpoint PRO for the PTR, but I liked the EOTech on the PTR so much I left it there. The height is comfortable and the 65 MOA ring is similar to the sight picture through the drum.

Well I changed out my handguard, installed an collapsible stock and replace the plastic navy lower with a metal lower. So much better than my previous post!

Would somebody school me on how you guys get away with installing SEF trigger groups on your rifles?

They are just surplus metal G3 housings. You install your regular trigger group into them. The 3 positions are safe, semi, semi. The housings have to be modified so they fit onto semi auto receivers by having a shelf welded in the front. The front pins are fake.
These housings are referred to as clipped and pinned housings. Robertrtg and hkparts are good sources to buy one.

those are SEF trigger housings, not SEF trigger groups. The FCG in those is semi-auto, not full auto.
