Bolsheviks? You're way too kind. The Bolsheviks lived in a country in crisis, suffering deprivation and the effects of the great war. They also lived in Russia, which was still trying to put together a system of government that worked for them. They may be forgiven their ignorance in some part (though not their brutality and lies).
Here, the people you refer to as "Bolsheviks" have had the benefit and blessings of seeing the enlightened principles of the Constitution put to work, and the noble examples of our founding fathers and later statesmen, and they chose to reject it as something worthless. If the Bolsheviks were ignorant, these people seem INTENTIONALLY ignorant.
