Default Sac FFL that will accept shipment from out of state Private Party

Hey folks,

Do you know of any FFL's in Sac that'll accept a firearms shipment from an out of state private party?

-The Gun Range requires an FFL. I'm VERY, VERY surprised about this. They're so good with everything else.

-MTG I believe does, however they are too full to accept any other transfers at this time.

-Cordova Shooting Center does NOT accept from outside of CA. At all. Even from an FFL.

-River City NOPE. Not surprised there. Guy I talked was rude, as usual.

The others aren't open yet for me to call. Checking here first.

Here is the FAQ regarding this, however the CA FFL has to choice in their policy to require an out of state FFL or not.

Can I as a private party ship a firearm directly into California?

Yes you can. The BATFE is clear that any non-licensee can ship a firearm to a FFL directly without going through another dealer to ship. Please see the BATFE FAQ.

Additionally the State of California is also clear that you do not have to register or generate a CFLC number if you are a private individual sending a firearm into the state. CFLC FAQ

Individual preferences

The CA gun owner is constantly frustrated when companies and individuals refuse to do business with Californians. Unfortunately some people would rather reduce their sales and income rather than sell lawful products to law abiding citizens. Please feel free to share this thread with out of state FFLs and citizens and let them know that their products are often lawful for Californians to buy and possess.

However in the end it is their choice. They can do business with whom they choose. If they say they can't ship a lawful product to you, simply remind them that they can, but they choose not to. You respect their choice and will be happy to give your hard earned money to one of the many other sellers out there that will be happy to accept your money.

Also be aware some CA dealers choose to accept firearms shipments only from licensed dealers and will not accept shipments from individuals. As I have clearly shown, it is perfectly legal for a non-licensee to ship firearms to licensees. If a dealer has a policy not to accept firearms directly from non-licensees, either try to find a dealer to have the firearm shipped through or let the receiving FFL know that you will not go through added expense for their policy and you will find another dealer who doesn't believe in additional customer restrictions (I as a dealer have no problems accepting firearms on your behalf from an individual because they do not require CFLC numbers).
Thanks everyone.

SBR will accept outside of CA, private party.

Copy of DL with current address, current contact info and buyers contact info. That's all.

Current fee is $100 + $25 DROS

Golden state tactical, like I said on your other thread with the exact same question... Rob will take care of you.

I forgot he's out on the boat for a few days, but he always answers the phone during business hours. I've transfered prob 10+ firearms through him.

@#$!!#@%!@%!#@$@#@$!!!!!!!!

the regular Sig Sauer P229R .40 dropped off the flippin roster!!! I can't buy the pistol. The 9mm is still there for non railed, but for railed is only the enhanced elite version. No .40 non railed.

I hate CA more than ever right now. What are my options?

A private party can send a gun to a FFL in California. BATF does frown on this however, and does not recommend it, period. If gun was shipped without shipper knowing California laws they will let it slide on one gun period.

If its a private, how do you go about sending the money? What is the guarantee if he got the money, he sends the item? Just curious.

Shooters Warehouse at both locations do FFL transfers from out of state for $50.00 plus $30.00 DROS. They did mine and I had no problems!
