Sometimes I wont even post deals anymore because everyone seems to think the prices are too high. I find stuff for pre panic prices and its too high, WTF. Its like why bother trying anymore. I feel like the Import car people are moving toward AR's these days.

Deadon built the complete upper for my 80% build and the rifle is a tack driver.
If he thinks this a good deal, that's good enough for me.

sad but true...

don't let it discourage you though - there are plenty of people that appreciate the good deals posted.

I agree about the car forum comparison though.

Thanks for the inaccurate character profile

Go ahead and donate to the forum, you seem to be using it! Even a cheapskate like me donates......

Here are 2 of my cheap ARs

Yeah its a noveske

I believe in quality, heck I don't and have never heard of the company the OP posted. Do you know if all the parts are US made? How about the quadrail? How is the quality on it and where is it made? If it is all US made, and you have the time, tools and knowledge then go for it.

I have a few HIGH $$ AR's as well, 1500.00-2k pre panic. I also have stuff built with "cheaper" parts.
Karris has been around for a long time. Theres been links posted on here lots of times. No one ever has issues. Made in the US? For that price I doubt it. Does it need to be US made to work or something? I can tell you the rail will hold zero just fine with no problems. I can tell you it will go bang and have no FTF's. Is that good enough or does it need branding all over it to function?
Sometimes I think to myself do these guys really shoot their guns? Its like hearing a 5.45x39 AR will rust if you dont clean the barrel after every outing. Ive built maybe 23 uppers from the start of the year to now. NONE have had any issues.
If you dont like it dont buy it, simple. I just see no reason to go pissing in someones corn flakes because they are building a budget AR. As you can see with that one gun with this upper there are no gaps ect. The upper receiver fit like a glove on the lower. More then I can say for some brand stuff.

Little update,
Email

It is made in the US. It has a carbine length gas tube, and the gas block is bolted.

Thank you,

I got the email last night of this 4th of July sale. I thought I would pass it along even though I am sure someone will say it is not a good deal.

$299 upper, $20 charging handle, and then $199 PSA lower build kit.... throw in my $99 lower receiver, and add in shipping costs, taxes, and DROS fees where applicable.....

you can build a complete & budget AR for around $650
