Default 80% Forged AR15 Lowers

www.forsakentactical.com
Our 80% AR-15 Lower receivers are 7075-T6 forgings, fully machined to mil-spec tolerances, and the magazine well is broached. Our forgings come from an ISO certified forge. All machine work is done in an ISO certified machine shop. These will be very high quality.

We are up and ready for business. It will take around 3 weeks to machine them. Then they go to the broacher. Broaching will take a week or so. After broaching some of them will go to be Type III hard anodized and bead blasting. Not Type II passed off as Type III which happens more then you would think. That will only take 3 days. With any luck we will be shipping around the middle of June or shortly after.
I have certs for the material and heat treat. If people would like to see them I will post them here. I have never seen anyone who sells 80% receivers show their certs but I will. I want you to be sure about what I am selling and what you will be getting! As Soon as the status changes I will update this page.
Go to the website and use coupon code calguns and get $10 off.

On another note, I have been approved for my 07 FFL on May 6th. I will post as soon as I have it so if anyone would like a finished receiver shipped to the ffl of your choice I will also be able to do that for you.

Status: Broacher UPDATE ETA: July 12th

These are the forgings.

Are there pics of your machine shop? After the redrock debacle, preorders are kinda sucky..

Cool certification offer. It would be nice to list a location of where youre at. I didn't see it on the website and it isn't on the thread.

freonr22: I know pre-orders suck, but for what it is worth the ball is rolling hard and fast on these and I will see this to the end. I have just been approved for my 07 FFL. I am not just a fly by night shop. I plan on being around for a while. I have already paid for or have the money set aside to finish these so I am just pre-ordering because they are close to being done.

pluke the 2: "My location" I live and work in a small town called Ridgecrest, Ca.
Its about 80 miles East of Bakersfield, Ca. Its right where highway 395 and the 14 meet on your way to mammoth mountain. I didn't list an address because I don't want people showing up out of the blue.

If you have any questions feel free to email me at info@forsakentactical.com
I would be more than happy to answer any questions through email or phone.
Thank you both for your interest.

punxrc, I see you are selling the 0% forged receivers on your website. If I order a few of those would they ship out immediately or is there a wait involved for those as well?

right now all of the 0% are slated to be machined. I am planing to call the forge tomorrow to talk about another gun project. I will see if i can get a few without making a big order and I will let you know.

Ya they have some nice and fairly new machines and they are getting 2 more soon. Although I'm not sure where they are going to put them.

Checked out the website, but needed some clarification.

There is a lower available for pre-order which I would like to do, but I wanted to make sure these are pre-orders for 80% lowers as opposed to 0% forgings that are currently pictured.

thanks!

If you click on products above the banner or click on the 80% lower receiver banner (not the 0%) on the home page it will take you to the 80% page. They are also available for pre-order.

My first local to post! It's funny, my first order came from Bakersfield. It's a small world. I see you created an account. I keep the thread up to date on the eta but you can also email me at info@forsakentactical.com to check on the status.

Did not realized you are also in Kern area. I'm not exactly up the street, but in Bakersfield.

Do you by any chance also offer 80% with out anodizing? I much rather anodize after it is completed as 100%.

Ya I'm not far away from you asm_. I am selling both. Right now I have bead blasting and anodizing as an option on the 80% lower page. I need to create a separate page for the anodized 80%ers. I will try to work on that this week. If you order a 80% just don't check the bead blasted and anodized option and you will get a raw 80%. The raw 80%ers will be in stock before the anodized lowers.
Thanks for your interest!

I received some 0% lowers from Forsaken Tactical today. These are the first ones I have seen in person but I have no complaints and these things are nice. There are no dings, dents, or scratches, just very clean looking. Thank you James and I can't wait to see what the 80%s look like.
Thanks again

Plinker1: Thanks for your business and glowing review of my 0%ers. It took me a long time to find a forging company that could supply my needs and do so with such high quality! I was shocked when they sent me the samples and they weren't even tumbled. what you got was not cherry picked. They are all really clean.

Ontos: I know what you mean. A lot of people are watching their budgets in Ridgecrest, and the government furloughs don't help. When you're ready, I will be here.

My jigs are in the works but it might be a little while before production. There are a lot of jigs out on the market and they all do the same thing. If you are only building a few ar's I would buy the cheapest one I could find with good feedback. If you are planning to build more than a few I would look for a jig with hardened drill bushings. Check the forums here and gunbroker.com. I'm sure you will find a better deal here though.
