Cool California 30 day handgun purchase rule

If you purchase a handgun online from an FFL and they deliver the handgun to a FFL in your area for pickup. When does the 30 day waiting period start? The date you purchase the handgun online or the date the FFL dealer you are using for picking up the handgun from completes the "Dealer's record of Sale of Firearm" form?

Asked and answered - that's the only date reported to CA-DOJ.

Let us simply oppose them all - write, call, attend meetings with legislators and tell them they're wrong.

The details only count after the Governor signs the bills.
