technically, yes. They way it is molded the remaining pieces should chip right out.

1. New Frontier, FMK and ATI all use the standard milspec design with no modifications for making it out of polymer.

2. No other polymer lower, or aluminum for that matter, uses stainless steel threads for the pistol grip.

3. The Polymer80 looks cooler

4. The roll pin design for the bolt catch makes you more susceptible to breakage if you ever need to remove the bolt catch, the polymer80 is threaded in stainless steel and comes with the pins.

5. No DROS fees or paper trail.

6. Lifetime warranty and super awesome customer support.

7. better Polymer material

Thanks for the question!

The Jig will be $20 at full price, $15 for the presale once this freakin shopping cart is up.

And due to the very unique design of the 15G100, I know of no other jig out there that will work.

How can you have a review already with no product yet?

I don't need the drills or anything, just the jig. Will there be an option for that?

That review is a test done by our Web Dev, so yes it is a totally fake review but we needed to know that it is working.

Default UPDATE WEBSITE ISSUES

All

Again I am SOOOO sorry about the site! This issue is now involving the hosting company and our web dev guy. This is a very mysterious issue, where chages are reflected to the web dev AND the hosting site but to no one else...

I will let all of you know as soon as its fixed. You guys have been awesome with feedback and suggestions that have improved our product and company, I am asking for a little more patience. Believe me, I am as anxious as all of you to get this going.

Thanks!

-Loran

Forwarded Message from my partner who was dealing with this mess:
All,

Thanks for your patience on waiting for the pre-sales event with Polymer80 AR15 80%er. For those of you who tried to order earlier this morning, my apologies for the snafu related to the payment function within the site. We spent some time with the payment processor, and now have it functioning with one caveat:

I'm noticing some problems with Google Chrome browser, and with your patience, I still need some time to fix the problems. Please use Internet Explorer. Email me if you experience additional problems. (Refresh your browser by clearing any history to our site and you should be good to go).

I don't have an image up today of the Jig, but you'll need to order that to finish the part. I'll work to get that jig image up this afternoon, but I'm confident that you'll be blown away by the innovative design and ease of use (give us some feedback!!).

You are our partners on the very first day of opening business. Loran and I are incredibly proud of this design - it's solid, has some very unique features and we'll provide radically different support than what you're accustomed to in this industry.

We expect the product to ship in approximately 45 days, so hang in there with us and let your friends know that this pricing isn't going to last for long! I'll let you all know what's going on when shipping begins.

Again, let me know if you have problems and thanks again for your business and support!

Sincerely,

David Borges

I will happily buy one when I see a picture of the actual production lower and jig. A video of the lower completion process would be really helpful as well. I love the innovation here. Bravo to you guys.

My guess would be, since they just posted the 3d model, the mold isn't built yet. If you need to see a production piece you're going to be waiting about a month and a half. I grew up around injection molding and how it works; It's going to take time to get everything done. A preproduction piece wouldn't be out of line though.

Sorry for the dry spell in responses... let me recap all concerns... let me know if I miss anything:
Jig with lower:
Yes you need a jig for each lower

AMEX issues:
AMEX has been removed (temporarily) as AMEX is not working.

Actual Jig model:
Its just as bslaney says, we just completed the 3d model and molds are under construction as we speak.

Other web glitches:
We have ALOT of traffic right now and we just upgraded our server pipeline to accommodate

Thanks!

I understand that. I'm willing to wait a few months for things to get sorted out. Call me crazy, but I'm just not super comfortable putting up cash for a 3d model that hasn't been stress tested, etc. Really great idea! Looking forward to seeing how this turns out. The cash is jumping out of my wallet waiting to buy this!

Forgot to give my shout out to David@polymer80 and Loren also!

David was nice enough to email me to say that amex wasn't working and to call him to try to work it out.

And Loren for keeping the info on the board updated!

can't wait!

Oh... we don't have the ability to make the molds, (wish we did) our 3d designer is handling that. He has incredible experience in the industry.
