Pre-sale is imminent. We are getting our shopping cart in order now. We had it complete weeks ago only to find out that google may or may not have a problem with using their check out system for firearms related stuff.

Rather than take any chances, we found an "NRA Approved" merchant services company and we are nearly finished.

As soon as we have a functional shopping cart we will offer discounted prices for pre-orders.

Default UPDATE: PROTOTYPE

Just an FYI, the prototype has been ordered and should be here by the end of the week. As soon as it is in pics will be taken and posted here and on our facebook page:https://www.facebook.com/pages/Polym...38959999623430 (please "like" us)

Keep in mind, this is a prototype to test fit and finish... it will be made from significantly cheaper plastics. BUT we will test fire it anyway to see how well the design holds up with cheap material.

I of course will keep you posted on the latest as usual.

Thanks everyone!

Can we cherokote the lower for a different color if we wanted to?

Not sure how it will work or look like when cherokoting a polymer.

Yes, but again we need to work with the ATF to see what they will or will not allow.

Default LOTS OF UPDATES

Okay so the SSL Propagation is taking FOREVER. Unfortunately there is nothing I can do to speed it up, so the website will be down until the propagation is complete
UPDATE: SITE IS UP!!!!

THE PRESALE IS ON!!!!

Okay so details:

First the Jig:
Our Jig is AWESOME and only fits our lower, and due to the unique design, namely the reinforced rib that runs the entire length, no other jig that we know of will fit.

The way our jig and the included custom bits work, you will not need a mill or CNC.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to drill too deep.
You should be able to get a near-perfect finish every single time.
Because we are offering a VERY robust lifetime warranty on a product that you will be finishing, our jigs have been designed to be one-time use. These jigs basically make very, very precise and that precision degrades after each use. (This is true even with metal jigs.)
The jig comes with all needed drill bits that are custom made for us. They are a hybrid end-mill and drill bit with a built in stopper for depth that has been designed to be used with our jig. So, yes you will need to buy a jig for every lower, but once you see how it works (pics to follow this post) You will see that its TOTALLY worth it. There is no jig on the market like this and with it and the bits, finishing this lower will be a snap!

Pricing:

Retail Price of 15G100 80% Lower: $80
Presale Price: $70

Retail Price of the 15G100JIG Jig and all drill bits: $20
Presale Price: $15

So, for both you are looking at $85 (Presale Price) for the lower, jig and all needed drill bits. And for those of you that already have tools, these are not like any bits you have... we designed them to be specifically used with our jig and that combo really makes finishing the lower pretty simple. Without them it would actually be a bit of a challenge even with a Mill.

Were's the JIG, and there's no way to pay with "Direct Bank Transfer", just says my order is complete with no instructions on how to give you money.

Default JIG

Sorry about that the jig is being added... there was some confusion due to the SSL propagation... it will be under "products". I am working on that right this very second.. give me just a moment.

Thanks!

Slick!

I third the motion, where is the jig? Or is this all an elaborate setup for a pun? 'Cause if it is, the jig is up!

And check says, "Please send your cheque to Store Name, Store Street, Store Town, Store State / County, Store Postcode."

Since there's no way to pay on the website, can I just stop by the Phantom Finishing store and give you cash?

Maybe remove the check and dbt options so people don't choose them? Also, your paypal account isn't linked correctly, so it doesn't work.

Everyone... please accept my appologies, there is a HUGE difference in what our web dev. is seeing and what the rest of us are... we are working on this RIGHT NOW.

I figured as much, just trying to help. BTW, I'm assuming you'll have comprehensive instructions that will outline what tools are needed (i.e. drill press as opposed to a hand drill) to finish the lower. Maybe you can test finishing one with one of those hand drill presses?

Yes.. we will also have a video as soon as we can make one. The process will be very simple... the jig is labeled the same as the bits... all you really need is a hand drill.

Thanks!

Lead time for website to function.. hard to give a certain time but working on it as fast as we can....

for the product to start shipping: 4 weeks and then the presale is over and prices go back up.

Love the idea, bummed about the price. Once you add all the parts to complete the lower it seems like there are better options for a poly lower. Unless you're only going for the "no paper trail" idea. Was hoping for more like the $50 range.

A little pricey, but I've blown more money on beer and a Pizza. Would make a good father daughter project.22AR for my daughter. Waiting for jig and lower to come online.

So if the pricing is around $80 then why wouldn't I just go get a full finished lower polymer for $90?

DROS fees, other FFL fees. Most (ok, all) of my local shops are completely out of lower receivers, so I'm in the position of finding one online and having it shipped to a local FFL. My lowest-cost option adds around $40 per lower, and that assumes I'm taking delivery of three of them at once.

This is ~way~ cheaper...

The aluminum 80% are more expensive than finished ones yet you still sell those.

Awesome. Looking at the model, are we going to drill out only the necessary pockets and leave small 'scallops'? Or will we finish it with a file?
