Exclamation Direct Action Solutions needs your support!

The Grabbers are up to no good again!

From DAS's Facebook page

Quote:
Please come out and support DAS tomorrow night at 6 pm at Solana Beach City Hall. The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of San Diego is petitioning to restrict gun sales and impose additional gun control in Solana Beach, and have the City Council run us out of town. The address for the city hall is City Hall 635 S. HWY 101 Solana Beach, CA 92075

Wait. What? So 83 members of one specific church submitted a petition? And they think that their suggestions will reduce the likelihood of gun violence in Solana Beach?

Good grief.

Yea, Apparently "Feel Good" legislation is a growing trend amongst many of the cognitively inept. :\

Solana Beach is a microcosm within San Diego. It's the only municipality within SD County (IIRC) which has taken after San Fran and banned plastic bags, so anything is possible. That's why DAS needs the support!!!

Im just a devout customer not an employee btw.

This group doesn't even reside in Solana Beach. Go check out their website. Why doesn't DAS submit a petition of their own? I guarantee that they will get over 83 petition signatures.

More people are killed by trains going between Oceanside and Del Mar, than people that are killed by legally owned guns in N. County.

LOL...good catch! I counted the signatures and the 83 petitioners they claimed do not include the boy.

Good turn out from what I heard (I could not attend as I am out of country). The Unitards were outnumbered 3 to 1 and I think they made their point clear that forcing out small businesses would do nothing to stem violence in our society...

Quoted from DAS's FB page

A big thanks to everyone who showed up tonight!!! Tonight was just a discussion with the city council. We will see what becomes of the petition, so far a very good night for us. Thank you again for your support!

Whats next, push McDonalds out due to increases in diabetes, weight gain, high cholesterol? Wait, I can not remember seeing a McD's in SB, perhaps up on LSF.

We are rapidly developing a kindergarten society where people are oblivious to taking responsibility to ones own actions. This is completely contrary to what we try and teach our children since day one.
