Default Welcome the Wine Country Chapter!!

I would like to welcome all the residents of Sonoma, Napa, Lake and Mendocino county to the Wine Country Chapter!!

I would also like to encourage all interested people who want to get involved to speak up here and volunteer to help our region become one and a force to be reckoned with.

We need people willing to help run gun shows, shooting events and even showing up to Sacramento to address new and old laws.

Please volunteer! Its fun!

Hello-I am a newer member. My son Bart is a regular contributor on the 707 blog. I have good news re. ammo sales. Today I recieved an order from Sportsmans Guide. I ordered 01/13, back ordered, delayed. The fed x guys said he delivered approx 40 ammo orders yesterday. We are regular range pistol shooters. I shoot a CZ 75bd 9mm and a CZ 97b 45cal=both are Czech made and awesome.

Hey 707! I'm obviously not from here, but a group of us are camping at Salt Point State park this weekend. Anyone familiar with this place? Obviously not a place to shoot since it's a state park. Doesn't look like a whole lot of fishing either. Any tips/fun ideas?
Thanks

Go North to the Kruse Rhododendron State Reserve. Good day hikes and pretty when in season.

If you have kids, go South to Fort Ross. This was a Russian trade post established a long time a go. Very cool and a short hike down to the cove will yield fun tide pools!!

The kids are a bit young and a lot of geographical features of the park scare me now. I think we'll visit Fort Ross though. Thanks!

Well I was amazed. Ive never been to this part of California. I was wrong, fishing was awesome in the coves at Fort Ross. Hauled in some delicious ling cod and rock rod. The kids enjoyed Fort Ross as well, running around the old buildings and messing with the cannons! There's even an armory that has at least 30 old guns displayed.

Hello,
I found this thread by searching for this group. I thought I'd be able to purchase movie tickets for "Assaulted: Civil Rights Under Fire" at the theatre, but it turns out I was wrong. If this movie showing is a success, what are the chances that it will play again?
I'm a member of our local NRA Members' Council of Sonoma County. If any of you are NRA members, you're welcome to check it out! It would be great if we could get our two groups to cross-over!
