Default San Diego AR-15 80% lower builds

I would like to introduce our company CNC Manufacturing. We have been in the business of manufacturing for the past 28 years with a combined 37+ years experience with CAD/CAM programming and CNC Machining. We are currently offering 80% lowers for the AR-15 made from 7075-T6-511 AQ ALUMINUM. Our receivers are precision machined to the finest quality standards and made right here in the USA to military specifications. Finally, they are complemented with a soft bead blast and hard anodized finish.

We are new to Cal guns but not to California's gun builders. With hundreds of satisfied customers our reputation alone has granted us many loyal and repeat customers by mostly word of mouth referrals. We have been able to meet the demands of our customers with our precision horizontal machining centers which allows us to provide a lights out operation to our customers along with other Milling, Turning and Sheet Metal Fabrication.

Currently we are in full production of Billet upper and lower AR-10 receivers and billet AR-15 lower receivers and will soon be in full scale production of AR-15 upper and lower forgings.

Thanks for taking the time to get to know us here at CNC Manufacturing. We are looking forward to working with you.

Welcome, I'm glad to have you guys here! I started this other thread a couple of weeks ago asking about you: http://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/s...d.php?t=728780

I took my lower up to SA&T in orange to machine my lower and it came out great and the gentleman there provided clear verbal instructions. I'm ten minutes from your shop so once my other lower comes in (hopefully by the end of April) I'm defiantly going to give you a call.

I am interested in one since you're using the right material, can I get one raw?

If so, how much?

Depends on how detailed the design is that you want. I will post pictures soon of some we have done. Generally it will cost you $60, which includes programming time.

Thought I would post a pic of something pretty cool a customer chose to have engraved on their lower. The purple color is just a crayon used so the engraving could be seen easier in the picture. Also, this is pre-anodizing.

I really like the enclosed trigger guard on the ar15 lower. Is the AR10 the same way (based on the DPMS ar10 lower)?

It seems the 80% lowers are a bit more expensive compared to other companies doing 80% lowers. I've seen them for $90 for anodized lower.

What are the prices for the 80% lower on the AR10?

Thanks.

Thanks for noticing. Our 80%lowers are billet (not forgings) machined from 7075-T6-511 AQ ALUMINUM (not 6061). Customers have been please with what they describe as an industry superior product. We would welcome you to come down to our facility and take a look at our products as we want you to feel as comfortable as we do in our pricing. We are confident that you will be impressed with what you see. Our 80% AR-10 lowers at this time will only be sold as a set with the upper. Everyone that has come by and taken a look them agrees that they are truly remarkable and that the detail and the machining time put into them makes them a cut above rest. They will be available in about 4 to 6 weeks and will be priced between $800-$900 a set. Thanks for your interest an we hope to be able to earn your business once you see what we have to offer.

Normally we use this site in order to meet and stay in contact with fellow gun owners and provide a service to any of you who may need of what we offer.
Today I post with a heavy heart and a message of hope and support for one very special boy. A friend of ours here at CNC mfg and a member of our community is in need of our help. Parker David Shaw was a happy, healthy 6 year old boy on April 9th 2013 when he complained to his parents about stomach and hip pains. His mom took him to the emergency room where test were ran and the results of those tests would change this families lives, and a community forever. Parker was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma cancer that has spread to his bones. It is an aggressive form of cancer but we along with his family are staying positive in knowing that he will beat this. Since his diagnosis, his parents have taken a leave of absence from work to stay by their son’s side night and day until he beats his cancer. With both of them out of work during this difficult time I'm sure you can imagine the financial stress that also weighs on them. His mom Crystal, is a neonatal nurse at Children's Hospital and has dedicated her life to helping our community’s infants in need. Now it is she and her family are in need of our help.
We are donating an AR-15 80% lower receiver to a silent auction that will be held for the Shaw family. All proceeds of the auction items will go directly to Parker and his family to help them through this trying time. We ask if you are willing and able to give anything to help this boy along with his parents and two little sisters please do so. It's heartbreaking to see a child in our community in pain. Below are links to a couple of facebook pages created in Parker's behalf. Also, links to donation pages set up to help out the Shaw family throughout Parker's battle. If you have an item or service you would like to donate to the silent auction let us know or check out the facebook pages for more info. Every little bit counts. Thank you for taking the time to read this and to consider this family's struggles.

Thanks again,
CNC Mfg SD
