Default Ammo order from 3/8/13 still not shipped

Trying to figure out whats going on with my 2 pending orders from 3/8/13. PSA took my money but hasn't shipped in 20 days. I know times are busy but I am seeing posts about people getting their tracking info within 48 hours of placing their order.

Haven't gotten an answer through email either please explain.

I just got a response back on my email I sent a few days ago on my order from the same day. 3/8/13. They are out of stock on the 5.56 ammo I ordered and they'll be cancelling my order and issuing a refund. Nice of them to let me know. Guess they had to wait to see I was gonna ask for my $250 back.

I just spoke to them last week and the rep told me orders from 3/8 were not printed and were being fulfilled. I called back today and they told me that all the orders from the 3/8 were "oversold". They basically are refunding all the pending orders from the 8th. Still is unfair because they listed the ammo after the 3/8 for others to order. Took 2 emails, 2 phone calls and 20 days to figure out what is going on and now they are going to refund me from both the orders.

Atleast you were able to talk to them. I have not! So they are refunding? This is the first time I bought from them and not a good experience so far.

There is something weird going on about the whole situation with that ammo because they ignored my emails and then made up that excuse last week. The supervisor today told me there is absolutely no .223 ammo to replace it with in the warehouse and a few hours later they listed 100 round boxes of 223 and 1000 round cases. Thats kinda jacked up..

I was told they are going to refund my card but I never got a cancellation email so who knows what they are doing.

I've bought from them around five or six times before. It took about 3 weeks to arrive but it did arrive.

I ordered some hornady tap yesterday and received notification it ship today. The last ammo I ordered shipped within a week.

They listed the Fiocchi ammo a few hours ago once again. My 1 month old orders status says "Processing"

Yeah and they credited back my order a few days ago for the ammo they listed today. Gotta love it. My order also still shows processing.

I ordered the same fiocchi ammo on the 8th and on Monday I sent and email asking about it since I have heard nothing. On Tuesday I received a shipping email from ups. Today I got an email from customer service saying it has shipped. Ups shows a delivery date of Tuesday so I will reserve final judgement till then but as it stands I don't know if I will be a returning customer. I received no explanation from customer service.

There were multiple problems with March 8th orders. There was a glitch where a majority of the warehouse orders did not get printed. Once we figured out that end, it turned out that we had oversold the Fiocchi .223 and weren't supposed to get another shipment in for at least two weeks. That's why CS was beginning to refund the money for all of the processing March 8th Fiocchi orders. However, after all of this, the shipment arrived early. We tried to catch as many orders as we could to reverse cancellations, but undoubtedly, a good number had already been refunded. If anyone on this thread had their order cancelled and refunded, and would like the ammo they originally ordered, please PM me your order number and we can try to get this resolved.

See now that's all I would have asked for in a reply from customer service. I understand mistakes happen, and its really not that big of a deal until it just keeps going with no updates or explanation. Thank you for the info.

I have been doing biz with Palmetto for some time and have never had a problem with orders and the prices are good. One time they even slipped in a couple of extra boxes because they had to substitute brands (was even a better brand). Have not ordered recently because they have been out of stock on ammo I have ordered in the past. Look forward to the day stuff is in stock again.
