I was billed the following day. It was listed (and is still listed) "in stock".

I have not received a shipping notice.
I have sent 2 emails regarding this order, and there has not been a response.

So my order was just ammo.

I called PSA and had to sit on hold for about 20 min.

When I finally got a rep on the phone (Paul) he was pleasant and helpful. He told me all ammo orders to CA have to be approved and he would mark mine approved, and I should get tracking info by tomorrow.

30 minute on hold. Told I would receive shipping info by tomorrow (again) unless there was a stocking issue, in which case I would receive a call.

I can't wait to hear that these are OOS even though they showed in stock for over a week after my order.

2100792568 from 6/14.

I just received 19 of the 50 boxes of ammo I ordered, yet my account says 38 boxes shipped. *sigh*....wtf is going on.

To add insult to injury, I emailed you guys twice about possibly substituting these items for something else that you had in stock. While waiting for over a month, that alternate item is now out of stock...

If I don't get the remainder of my order within a week, I am simply going to call my credit card company and get a refund for the remaining balance. Normally, I'd let the vendor (you guys) know before I do that, but I can't seem to get a hold of anyone, so, whatever.

Got my UPS notification that my item has shipped. Ammo folks, they told me the shipping manager has to approve shipments to CA...I would recommend taking my route and calling customer service until you get approved.

They could at least do what many other online retailers do and charge you when it ships. Rather than taking your money for a month before product actually leaves the dock.

There are many many times that I pass on Palmetto deals just because I don't want to deal with their shipping drama. Either waiting for weeks at a time for product to ship (I'm not talking about rifles or uppers that need time to put together, but for something like a LPK or some ammo) or having something shipped incorrectly or partially shipped. Sometimes is not worth the savings and I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way.

I sure PSA does pretty well and has grown it's business, but I'm certain they can be a much improved business and gain more customers from just investing in some proper system infrastructure.

A good company shouldn't have a full time active "where's my order" thread.

From what I have read, PSA is dis-functional, thank you for posting yall. There should be a sticky, made about PSA, that says after 29 days of no communication / shipping confirmation and was paid with credit card, dispute the charge to cancel your order and get you money back if you cannot wait til winter in hell. Bought some ammo, NOW I find out, its going to be an undetermined time to get my bulk ammo purchase. Hint Hint PSA, look in CTD on ammo restriction ship to areas, in Kalifornia. I do not know how accurate CTD is for other states. NOTE: For $30 bucks more, I could have purchased from Ammoman.com the same bulk ammo and see delivery of my purchase not more than 2 weeks from now.

Just got my UPS tracking for my order today. I never doubted that they wouldn't deliver on product I purchased, but its just a sign of the times with all the deals they are pushing. Been ordering from them for 3 years now and yes delivery dates have started to get worse, so buyer beware. If you don't want to wait it might be wise to pay alittle extra elsewhere to get your goods.

I called them this morning. I was lucky It was only a 13 minute wait. When I asked whats going on with my order they really had no concrete explanation. First it was they were backed up then they said that there would be a delay because it's an ammo order and they have to approve the order before they send it. They couldn't explain why the previous four orders, which were also ammo, went out within five days. Then she assured me not to worry it will "probably" got out in the next few weeks. But she said she would put in a "Late order" ticket and I should get a response in two to three days. I asked here why the never responded to the emails that the "late order" ticket should have been issued then. She looked up the emails and again had no good reason. I told her this was unacceptable and all she could say is put in the late ticket and I should get an answer in 24-48 hours. So I will give them two days and that's it. No more PSA from this point on.

holy crap....
i have no complaints about my previous orders from PSA, but seeing as how its been a while, if this is what they have become nowadays....i aint buying SQUAT from them ever again.


to PSA;
you guys really need to address your CS better. the only reason you guys are making a good amount of business/money right now is because of the killer deals you offer. but that will only go so far. if people arent happy with the service they receive when ordering from you, they wont be coming back, even if it means spending a buck more elsewhere....you are literally dwindling your own market away.
remember the old saying; "dont bite the hand that feeds you"......because you are literally doing that right now!

for the record, i am very happy with my previous purchases through you guys (PSA)! the only thing that bothered me was having my card charged 2 weeks prior to shipment of my order.

Called today, spent 37 minutes on hold and spoke to someone about the order. I was informed I can only speak to Alan from compliance about this and without any warning I was put back on hold and transferred to Alan. Well guess what, I got the same ol message of 'You cannot leave a message on this line' voicemail.

I am now calling back.

Received my tracking numbers today.
I did not put in my previous forum posting, any hint of exactly what I had ordered (I just said bulk ammo), so PSA must be getting things together. My purchase was for 3 items, that were ordered last week.

My order still says processing but I got an email from UPS (not PSA) that I have a tracking number. I checked it when I got home to see where it was coming from and it says West Columbia, SC so I hope that's it.

FINALLY got through via phone (about a 15 min. wait). Cancelled the balance of my order (50 boxes of ammo....only 19 received.....order placed JUNE 14), will receive a credit on my cc. Spoke to "Paul", I believe it was.

Yeah, I don't think I will EVER order anything from PSA again. Definitely NOT ammo (this is the second bad experience I have had with ammo). No explanation was given on the cause of delay.
