and another separate order of ammo on 12/25/13 #100564218
and just saw that the ammo was sent before the older order,
was my order for the BCG/handle missed?

I sent another PM this morning to Palmetto on this board. I still cannot get through any phone number provided, and receive the automated message, "all circuits are busy. Please try your call again later."

I have never had to wait this long for anything from Palmetto.

I ordered the parts for a complete rifles including a lower on December 12th. When I ordered it stated five days to ship FFL items. It was being shipped to a FFL that you have on file and have shipped to many times. I called many times and could never get through. I finally talked to someone the 27th and he stated that it should of shipped and that he would call bqck 5he next day by 10am with a update. I wanted it before January 1st because the new law that in California we will now need to register long rifles. Well quess what, no one called me back and when I attempted to call back numerous times the line was dead. Thee lower finally shipped last week, but the problem is it took over 3 weeks to ship and now I have to register the lower. I am very pissed. My buddy ordered a couple of days before me and got his in a timely manner. If I would of know that your customer service was so horrible, I would have taken my money elsewhere. So now its been over the 15 days for my entire order and my upper and the rest of my parts have not shipped. Can someone please give me an update on the rest of my order. My buddy has been waiting even longer for his upper. Its bad business to be selling new products everyday when it is taking you a month or longer to ship. . I just don't have the time to keep calling. It takes like 30 minutes to get through if the line is not dead.

both numbers arent working.....on a good note in following AR15. they claim that shotguns will be shipped out next week!

27 days here. The lower that was suppose to be 5 days is suppose to arrive today and now I have to register. Some of the other parts are suppose to arrive today but the upper I order still nothing. Thanks PSA for making me have to register. Such great customer service.

Palmetto, both tracking numbers sent to me show package weights of 1.4 and 1.8 lbs. To me , this sounds like my upper was NOT included in one of the shipments, yet your site shows both of my orders as completed. Please advise. Thanks.

I had and order that still said processing and after a 40 min wait on phone they said it was goin to be delivered the next day. SO that being said it seems that sometimes their system doesn't update the order status.

Both bolt catches for the LPKs I ordered seem to be out of spec. The "finger" on both bolt catches do not catch the mag follower on my Pmags but do on my USGI mag followers, ASC. This BCG does not stay open on last round. Please send me 2 bolt catches that have a slightly longer finger to fix this issue. Thanks. PM sent reiterating the above concern and inquiry.

i got all my questions answered by calling them, only waited 5-8 min on hold. Best chance is to call them early in the morning. My upper was sent separately , PSA told me that they ship uppers seperately but didn't give tracking info til i called and then they emailed me the tracking info

2 weeks still waiting for a gift card pin... Should I even keep it or refund the $90?

When I actually get the gift card and pin and order something I guess I'm going to have to wait and wait again for that gift card order to go through.

Received an email concerning the order asking for snail mail or just emailing the numbers. I replied already. Many times and no response.

My other order of 2x lower parts kits shipped so that's good. Not sure what the hold up is and why it took longer for just the gift card numbers.

Palmetto state is so awesome. Posting this for everyone who bags on them for being slow. I ordered an upper on the 27th and it shipped out today. Before the 15 business days to ship. These guys are doing us a great service providing these products at an amazing price and you all know it. There are plenty of companies to go get uppers from that will rake more than a minth in some cases more than 6 months to complete and send them out. Also all in stock means is they have the components to build that upper if thats what your getting. They are ordered and then built for you they are not sitting around in bins or boxes pre made. I would rsther wait an extra week and save the 100 dollars for an exact same spec upper from another company. Hire more peoole to make shipping faster prices most likely go up. Imho these guys are the best product is high quality at the price of a low quality product. Only they will get my business. Rant over. Haha sorry
