No, "de-mill". Before AK's/parts kits are imported to the US the have to no longer be a firearm; this is accomplished buy cutting the receiver into three parts (usually with a torch). The receivers are usually
made of sheet metal and the front and rear trunion as well as the trigger guard are riveted to the receiver. Much more labor intensive than building an AR.
So when we say "demill" we are referring to removing the old rivets which can be a pain in the butt.
