Default AB821, Did they cut their own throats?.

As stevepsd pointed out in a previous post, the text of the law section 3004.5 says Area A South EXCLUDING, including D7 8,9,10,11 and 13. As I understand this the requirement for non-lead ammo, by their definition is required in those areas in A south, but these areas are after the word exception are excluded from the requirement. If so the morons have cut there own throat. They cannot go back and write in "what we meant to say". Bill this the point where your legal mind comes in an helps us to clarify?. Thanks, USMCM16A2

I like to think that if some of the proponents of AB 821 are really concerned with conservation than yes. Understand that if you lessen the participation that hunters have in wildlife areas you may be ultimately endangering wildlife conservation. That's where much of the funding and activity comes from. When it comes to true conservation efforts many of those who decry hunting and lead ammunition are only providing lip service.
