Default Did You Know?

Just fyi!
The number of licenses in the U.S. to sell guns totaled 102,913 in 2001,
down from 284,117 in 1992. The number was only 87,000 in 1969
(Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, 2002).

Yep: Clinton-Era made it a priority to REDUCE the number of FFL's. And IIRC the price for a 01 licence skyrocketed; used to be something like $50 for 3 years-- now i believe its closer to $700

Pretty sure the number sits about 70-80K right now.......

They lose/gain about 30K per year so the number remains pretty steady but I think that it will prob go down cause they have been on a pretty good rampage shuttin down a lot of folks these last few years........

I don't know, but I'm going to get their "Form 7" and as much info as possible. I have been thinking about doing some refinish work and have found out I need the FFL to keep other peoples firearms at my residence while the work is going on. I will post back as I learn more.
