Question Recommended Shooting Range in Beach Cities South Bay area of Southern Los Angeles?

I live near Palos Verdes, would like to take my wife for her first time shooting a hand gun. Want to buy a USP 45, and have finally convinced her. But I need her to try it out first.

Anyone know of a good shooting range near the South Bay area? Preferrably one that has an HK USP 45 to rent.

I've gone to LAX Firing Range, but I know that place will freak her out. And Insight was too far away and I didn't really like that range very much, well at least on the weekend, was very very crowded.

Field Time looks good as well, longer drive, but not too far away. Only a little farther than Insight. How crowded are they during the week vs. weekends?
