Seeing a ton of .223 ($.40+/rd) as well as (to my surprise) the M855 for 69.99/150rns all over San Diego..

Still $.10-.15/rd to much for me.. and glad to see it sitting there piling up by the day at that price..

CCI .22lr in 50rd boxes.. so the 3 box limit sucks there.

Walmart - 71 Technology Dr, Irvine, CA 92618

More and more ammo is slowly showing up at Walmart at prices competitive with Internet

New Ontario Store

Just a heads up, don't bother checking the new Ontario WM off of Mountain, they don't have, and won't be, carrying any ammo

That is an interesting observation. There are no Big 5's in the city either. Looks to me they only allow FFL's to sell it - Ammo Bros and Cal Arms. The gun show must be one huge exception to the law as well.

Just stop by Canyon country they had 22 and still have 22 sub sonic

They're pretty well-stocked on a lot of stuff including 2 to 3 and 556

And they also won't hold you to a three box maximum

Are you talking about Independence 556? They are actually Federal XM193 it says so on the box but they are made in Israel to help with current market demand, these have always been brass.

Rancho WM off of foothill: shelves were full. And I mean full. When I saw it my jaw dropped....
9mm-fed/tula 20bx ea.
.223-100ct fed AE. @15bxs
12g bird bulk
7.62 win like 6bx
25acp, 22mag, 3006, 243, 270 w./ only a few boxes of these. No.22lr thought.
I haven't seen wm that stocked since years ago...
I couldn't walk out without buying a box or two. There I was at the register while my wife's eyes burned a whole in my head.."all we needed was toothpaste", she muttered. Lol.
