Default Any gun shops in the SoCal Area?

I was helping a buddy picking up some gear for his medic school and I ran into a gentleman who said there was a store in NorCal that offered LEO rates for firearms for active military.. My question is: Are there any gun shops in SoCal that offer the same thing??

Allstate in Pomona, Proforce in Brea, and Adamnson Police Products in Los Alamitos. Just off the top of my head. I know Proforce for sure caters to military, not sure about the other two.

Proforce caters to Gov/Mil/LE customers.
You need to show Gov/Mil/LE/Fire ID, in order to get in the door.

Actually... they relaxed their standards and their flyers say they also allow EMT and even private security buy from them.

Basically, a first responder, active or retired can enter Pro Force or All State Equipment. I have no knowledge about the one in Los Alamitos.

Ammo Bros. opened up a leo store late last year. It is located next to their other store in Ontario. They allow leo, emt, fire and security personnel. I know they also allow retired leos, but I'm not sure about the others. At the time the thread was going on, they did not permit military other than military leo. Since the thread was awhile ago, you might want to call and see if they now permit all active military. Here is the link to the thread:

Everyone swears by Proforce, ive never been in there but it sounds like its always packed. I bought my M&P.45 and my Bodyguard .380 from Adamson. Those guys are awesome. super friendly and had a good selection a year ago when I was there.

ProForce is not that bad. The entrance criteria makes it a lot less crowded than say, Turners or whatever. I never had too much of a problem there. Their selection can be very hit and miss though because cops do blow a lot of dough there, I guess. I had to wait for more than 6 months for my Glock 34 and Kahr PM9... but part of that is also up to the manufacturer and distributor.

Proforce and Allstate are both good to go. I have received great service from both but I must say that Allstate was a little better in the service department. Really depends on what you're looking for and if the store stocks that brand.
