Though I picked number 1 for the pole I really feel more like 3, I just don't see it doing a thing because it is so rare. Doesn't matter they won't do it in the state anyway.

Pro-Choice - allow the teachers and school staff to make their own choices about CCW.

Done. I was surprised to see how in favor of arming the poll was.

make schools safer from the dangers of people that want to hurt kids. 71% (237)
more dangerous because now there would be weapons available. 20% (67)
probably wouldn't change anything because campus shootings are so rare. 8% (27)
total votes: 331

I had to chose 3, because it was the more correct response. Obviously, I feel it's 1 as well...but the reality is these events are so rare that it wouldn't make a meaningful difference.

I still support people's right to carry a concealed weapon wherever they are, provided they are qualified and properly certified to do so.

Adult students at publicly funded colleges/universities who have permits (or are allowed to carry under state law) - should have the option of CCW on campus. Private colleges taking no taxpayer money can, of course, set their own standards regarding the 2A.
