Default NRA/Cal guns, and the SB 47 (bullet button)

Hello,

What, if anything, is Cal Guns and/or the NRA doing to help against the bullet button ban?

Http://Firearmspolicy.org. Same team, but bigger, that defeated SB 249 (http://stopsb249.org).

It it turns out the "same team but bigger" can't stop the legislation will all current guns with BBs be grandfathered in or will they attempt to confiscate"

EDIT: To help out with the cause I just joined CGF and kicked in an additional $85 to make it an even $100.

They will open up assault weapons registration again and you will be able to register or you can change your gun over to pin the magazine or make it featureless. SB47 is the biggest current threat in CA imho. It will make all rifles and shotguns with removable magazines (regardless of capacity) with one evil feature completely unusable after they close registration. It's a play at getting you to register AND a prohibition at the same time. Horrible bill by a Senator who means well, but just has no clue.

@rootuser, do you believe confiscation will occur after registration?

Which is a silly saying that doesn't apply to legislation in 2013.

I think you are mistaken, he doesn't mean well! I will say that you are right about him being clueless.

Oh he has a clue alright. Yee knows exactly what he is doing, and exactly what the end game of all this is. He does not mean well!
