Default New magwell

Late post but I installed this smith and Alexander magwell on my kimber stainless 2.
I had to fit it and it turned out pretty good if I may say so

Very nice Any fitting or did it drop right in? Been wanting to do one on my Kimber Pro Carry II.

I was told it would "drop in" but it did not. Once it was in the Swartz safety lever was sticking up on the frame and wouldn't allow the slide back on. I had to remove material on the grip safety and the main spring housing as well. I took my time and assembled / reassembled several times after filing. You may very well be able to drop it in but I would expect some fitting. You should be more than capable of doing it.
