yeah they just fell off the roster literally like the end of last month or so and initially it was said they had no intention of getting back on. now apparently that has changed and they're working on getting it california'd up to get back on. either way it'll probably take at least 6 months. straight away i saw the prices for used ones go up to around 400 dollars, lol. anyhow, yes, there are smaller .380s and 9s, but a 9 that small is NOT pleasant to shoot. the Bersa/PPK is a concealable size, that's easily manageable and pleasant to shoot, whereas a 9 of that size is not generally. if i find the right deal i'll buy a bersa, or wait til they get it back on the roster, or i might buy and SR9c.
