Why do you have to be so difficult?

I think I saw some barrels and stocks at Sportsman's Warehouse in Roseville. They were just the rubber Hogue over-molds though. I would suggest breaking down and using midway. Boyd's Unfinished Tacticool stock is a great project and can turn out beautiful.

Midway also has a barrel on sale for about a hundred bucks. I can get dime sized groups at 75 yards so far, havent had the chance to try further distances.

What is a tiger 10/22 anyway?

Here is my 10/22 (i'm trying to convince you to use midway):

I just bought directly from Boyd's site for the stock. Got the SS Evolution stock and it looks awesome.

Jeez that's a beautiful stock ! Walnut? Hand-done laminate? Gorgeous, regardless.

(Someone explain to me again why we can't have a thumbhole stock?)

On the .22 you can have a thumbhole or a pistol grip stock and no bb because its a rimfire.
