Pretty cool, but it's a 22 right? (ie. not actually from one of Hitler's secret vaults...)

I already have a 15-22 otherwise I'd definitely consider one.

Very nice Pete, I want one but none of the dealers up here have their act together enough to get one for me

If you buy another and get tired of one, keep me in mind!

Nice! I fondled one at SHOTSHOW and it's definitely hefty. I wonder if ATI will release some kind of scope mount for it.

Wood is wood, metal is metal (albeit sheet type metal) which is like the
original rifle,I believe the only plastic is the MAG,I will get detail pics up
when I get it home. Pete

Rod,I really hope you can get one up where you live, can't have mine
I just realized that if you got one from another source shipped to your
FFL--the shipping is going to be extreme due to that HEAVY WOOD CRATE
it comes with You could always swap me your pre 29--I will even
pay shipping for both guns!!! Pete

Definitely cool. The wood crate is cool too, but there's a reason for that wood crate - it's a really heavy rifle! It's metal all right.

I don't think Copes will send it to CA because it comes with 25 round mags.

Most FFL's have a high capacity magazine permit. The dealer can block it or replace the magazine with a 10 round one before selling; I believe my lgs said they were substituting a 10 round mag.

The times we have issues with shipping into the state usually relate to off-roster handguns or firearms that are AW's under California law; .22 rimfire rifles are usually exempt as long as they have minimum length of 26".

And I got one of these and I get to pick it up on the 28th too!

Walked into a Big 5, Window shopping the guns, happened to mention what I would like and the Assist. Manager walks to the back and brings this thing out. Did the same.... " I looked, I stroked and I popped (bought)!"
